About Sebastian

I'm the one-person shop behind everything on this site: based in Southern Oregon, working with small businesses everywhere. Here's what working together looks like.

Coffee's on me if you're ever in the Rogue Valley.

Hi, I'm Sebastian.

I'm a software developer based in Southern Oregon, and I help small businesses get technology help that actually fits them: their budget, their tools, and the way they work.

I've spent 13 years as a senior web developer building websites, integrations, and automations for companies of every size, in everything from finance to manufacturing to e-commerce. Most of that work has been freelance, which means most of my career has looked like this: sit down with someone, figure out what they actually need, build exactly that.

Along the way I noticed something: the businesses that need this help the most are the least likely to get it. There's no IT department at a bakery or a two-truck contracting outfit. There's an owner doing payroll at 10pm.

That's the gap I work in.

What working with me looks like

No jargon, no upselling, no six-month projects. We start with a free conversation about your business. What's eating your time, what's falling through the cracks, what you wish "just worked." Then I tell you honestly what's worth fixing, what it costs, and what you'd get back.

Every project gets scoped with the same goal: to pay for itself, by giving you your hours back and stopping leads from slipping away. If I don't think the numbers will work out for you, I'll say so before we start.

Why Southern Oregon

I've lived in Southern Oregon for 13 years, the same 13 I've spent building software, and that's no coincidence: my first professional development job was right here, and the whole career since was built in the Rogue Valley. I'd rather help the businesses in my own community first: the shops, contractors, farms, and services that make this place what it is. I work with clients anywhere in the United States, but if you're local, coffee's on me for our first meeting.

Not sure where to start? Let's figure that out together.

Tell me what's eating up your time, and I'll give you a straight answer about what's worth automating and what it would cost. No pressure, no jargon.
